Close to Livno a unique natural heritage awaits European birdlovers and birders: Covering 400 square kilometers Livanjsko Polje is the biggest wetland of Bosnia and Herzegovina. In the south of this Polje (in the Slavic language area „Polje“ means “plain” or “field”) is located the reservoir Busko Blato.
